Free sessions in February

As an introduction to Golborne Place I am offering a meditation session, called ‘Your Inner Sound Mindfulness Group’, These sessions are aimed at people who find it challenging to meditate, find it difficult to be still or to keep the mind focused on one thought. Using sounds that you yourself create I will guide you through techniques that help keep the mind relaxed and focused. The session lasts 90mins, 15 mins intro followed by an hour mindfulness and 15 mins of commentary and tea at the end.

This group will run twice a month

Location: Golborne place W10 and Bounds Green N11

15:00 hrs introduction – knowing others (upstairs)

15:15 hrs Sound Mindfulness (downstairs)- Your Inner Sound

16:15 Commenting and tea (upstairs)

Losing weight group sessions-Twice a month.

6:30 pm to 8:00 pm


You buy a voucher of 4 sessions for £80 in the first session (It must be used within three months and you are given your appointment dates). The session is shared by other people.

Structure of the session:

·      15 minutes introduction.

·      30 minutes NLP

·      40 minutes Hypnosis (mild trance).

48 hours’ cancellation notice or full fee will be charged.  (maximum 4- 6 people at the time)
